Autone raises $17M to shape retail built on data

Founded in 2020, autone is now trusted by more than 50 global brands, including Courreges, Roberto Cavalli, Stussy, and Zadig & Voltaire.

With brands reporting a 55% reduction in inventory, a 25% increase in accuracy in forecasting, a 30% sales increase, and 45 hours a week of manual work, autone will use the $17M to further expand across Europe & enter the US market.

There's a lack of startup capital in Austria. What can be done to fix it? Our CEO and Managing Partner, Oliver Holle, says Austria should look to Germany for answers.

In September, the German startup association unveiled its "Innovation Agenda 2030," outlining the country's plans to further strengthen its startup ecosystem. Invest Austria has now released its plan "Vision 2030." One concrete measure proposed is a state fund of funds – an already successful program in Germany.
